We carry out valuations for various purposes in accordance with the definition of value and the strict procedures set out by our professional body, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We are retained by some International Private Banks based in Gibraltar to value for lending or asset management purposes for properties in both Gibraltar and in Spain owned or being purchased by their private banking clients.
We are also panel valuer’s for the main banks lending on domestic property in Gibraltar and for Gibraltar residents buying property in Spain. In this respect we value on a regular basis for Nat West ,Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Bank.
