Pre Completion Inspections and Construction monitoring
Many properties have recently been purchased ‘off plan’ and buying property in this manner involves great risk especially if the purchaser is based in a different country. We offer a service to those who have bought in this manner and need the construction monitored during development.
Even if our services have not been required during the development it is very important that prior to completion the property is fully inspected for defects and that a ‘snagging list’ is produced to be handed to the developer for completion within a designated period after completion.
The post completion ‘window’ for highlighting and completion of snagging works in Spain is usually very short, and it is therefore essential that all problems of any nature are highlighted at this time. The use of our services at this point can save substantial sums and future disagreements.
